Welcome to our car rental service! Here, we strive to provide you with a seamless and enjoyable experience during your time in Dubai. Our top priority is to ensure your safety and satisfaction while driving our premium selection of vehicles. One of the main conditions is driving experience for more than 1 year. You must also be over 25 years old. You can drive a rented car in the Emirates only if you have an IDL or driving license of your country with English translation. The rent is paid 100% in advance. In addition, you will need to make a refundable deposit.
In addition to the rental payment for the car you will need to pay a deposit of 1,000 to 10,000 AED. The amount of the deposit depends on the car brand. If you get a fine or damage rented car, then this money will be calculated from the deposit. The deposit will be returned to you after 21 working days.
The reason is that fines in Dubai can be processed within 21 days. Therefore, rent a car offices hold a deposit during this time. If you pay a deposit with a credit card, then after 21 business days the money will be returned to you automatically. In case of public holidays, this period may be extended up to 30 days.
